As Tekser Incentives we believe that “creativity” and “efficiency” should be combined
in a well balanced program. Working with many different nationalities that have different cultural approaches, has provided us a different perspective which gives us the opportunity to include enhancements in our suggested programs. We always search for the new and unique ideas and keep ourselves and our know-how up to date.

We plan three different educational programs on yearly basis for our staff to broaden their knowledge. These educational programs include various visits to interesting sites as well as brand new hotels and venues. While we work seriously we never miss the fun side of what we are doing.
Any upcoming events, major congresses, global events that might affect your operations in Turkey are immediately announced on our web page as well as our social media.
Our motto for our groups is;
“Be a “Creativist” ~ a personally enhanced approach to enjoying Istanbul”
Consumer versus Creativist
- “Consumer” is the position that our current society pressures us to adopt.
- Being a consumer means accepting a passive role in our lives.
- So what should we do to live a “different” life? Do we want to live “other people’s lives” or do we want to be the masters of our lives?
- The solution to become the “object” of our lives is to be a “Creativist”…
- To reclaim the right to our individual identities…
- To play an active role in shaping and in creating our lives from the inside out…
- To fulfill our need to create which is part of all of us. Once we are reconnected to our own identities, we can connect with and be part of our communities and act collectively.
- Creativists use creativity to make things that are altogether new. They innovate, and hope the fruit of their efforts will have lasting influence, and that their ideas will benefit all people. Creativists want to live on through their work and make a meaningful difference.
We believe as Tekser that we will be providing a “creativist” experience to our guests rather than a “consumer” experience. We will encourage our guests to feel as a part of the society and to experience Turkey from a “local” perspective…
